How the hell do i use the teleporter service?

I did that teleport service thing in City of Lost but it just show me the world map only D:

How can I select a certain city I want?

    you need to go to this city first and speak to teleport master to add a new teleport waypoint, or you can buy a geographic map that add all tele waypoint
