UKash Problem?

Hello,
i tried to buy Zen via Ukash (40 Euros which are about 50.9$) but i get following error:
Transaction has been declined by UKash. Please contact UKash to resolve this issue.

Contacted UKash already, no problem from their side :S

So whats up? Do you guys dont want my money? b:cry

    Wo, I have the same problem. I thought that I made the transaction bad, but... What's the problem, so? o.o

    Hearing these problems are really putting me off the idea, i hope a GM can sway me and tell me that paying by Ukash actually works.

    I hope this too, bcause this pisses me off a bit, i had to walk for 20 minutes just getting the ukash and i dont like walking! ^^

    Paying my Ukash works, Ive done it.

    Make sure the value you've put is correct, put it as the amount you purchased in Euro's (40) not 50 that you're trying to buy it for.

    then it costs more then exactly 50$ b'cause 40 Euros are 50.9$ and it tells me insufficient funds :S so entering 50 in value is right because he tries to pay

    I resolved my problem. The fact is, I messed up with the currency, so I didn't put the correct value in the box. This is the short version of the story, but you must excuse me of my low English level, so I can't explain it the way I'd like. Finally, you should put the exact value in your card, as is. For example, 17.80 instead of 17 or 18.

    Hello,

    We are having no issues on our side for taking Ukash purchases. Please be sure your voucher amount is slightly more than expected and this is because Ukash uses an AVERAGE (capitalized to show the point, not to offend ;) ) of all international banks for their conversion rate. So even if you anticipate your voucher to be exactly the right amount or barely above, it still may not be enough to complete the amount you wish to purchase. We advise adding at least 1-2 more of your local currency to the voucher and it should not have an issue then. Do not be scared about having a large change amount on a voucher because any amount of vouchers you have can be combined into one larger voucher for future use. For any other questions regarding billing or ZEN, you can get a faster and more catered response by opening a ticket with us.

    ok s put the voucher number where it says to but what do i put in the box that says voucher amount? any help is greatly appreciated.
