LvL 40 Quest Reward EQ's?

Dunno how we missed them...but my bf and I are nearing lvl 42 and we missed any/all quests that give the level 40 equips. b:sweat

Does this have anything to do with the NPC that gave me the Tamer robes for reputation? (I think that was it).

(btw, my rep is still at about 800 @ lvl 42) b:cry

    What level 40 equips?
    The tamer robes are rank items. You need to be 60 to use the rank 2, 3 and 4 items.
