Maximun Speed

Well well. Hope I posted in the correct section. And if its not, will appreciate the MODs can move it to the correct section.

Ok... Here's my question...

What is the maximun speed for FLYING and GROUND mounts?

I know for Ground Mount its Max speed is at 11m/s. What about Flying mount?

And what is meant by Normal Speed +2.5, Fastest Speed +4.5 for Flying Mount?

I tried to use the accelerate for it, but it seems never move faster at all... Hmm.. So was just wondering...

PS: Btw, currently I'm using the ShadowDancer? or whatever its call for the Veno/Barb class. The newest pet I think...

So is it possible to upgrade it using wingwidgets? How many widgets do I need to upgrade it?

    flying stuff maxes at +3/5 with wind widgets currently

    BTW how can i use my fast speed?
    cuz my accelerate meter stucks at 0...
    how do i add ?

    Get a weapon/armour and take to blacksmith/tailor decompose it and drag stones onto mount to charge them
