How to delete avatars to make room for new one?

I deleted 4 characters in game but their avatars still on forums user CP.
I want to pick my main for avatar but there is no room for it.
I used forums search but I couldn't find any removing instruction.
I'm thinking of writing trouble ticket if this thread couldn't solve my problem.

    I also wonder this as well. My avatar page has many characters long deleted. Can anyone answer this please?
