Problem doing crazy stone

Hi, when i give the shard stones to the jewelcraftman to combine to the rough shard, it will combine one shard stone to rough shard but when the second stone combine it change to other shard n won't combine? Can I know the problem?

    It takes three shabby to make a rough

    You need to click on the right type of stone. When you click the second tab (Elmt) it auto selects the one that i'm sure you are combining. Look across the top row, click on the icon that matches the stone you want to combine, and *then* try again.

    If this doesn't work, let us know.

    I have 3 of each stone I click on the next column also but the next column stone shows as common shard or other shard rather then rough shard

    Hi, I hope GM can answer my question i really have problem in doing CS. I have 3 shabby alabaster shard, 3 shabby ruby shard, 3 shabby amethyst shard, 3 shabby topaz shard and 3 aquarmarine shard. When i give to the jewelcraftman to combine i can combine at the most 2 and it won't combine the rest to the rough shard. When i click to combine ruby shard it shows as common/blemished shard. Can i know why? When I give the stones to my faction member he/she can combine why I can't? I have been trying to report to the online GM but no response for the past 3 days. I really hope the GM can reply my query it is b:angry to do CS in my case.

    Make sure that you have at least two free spots in your inventory while combining the shards.
