New Player - Asking about 3 Star Equipment.

Hello, I've been playing for just over a week now, and I have been wondering about 3 star items.

The PWI database says there's a 0% chance to craft most 3 star armor & weapons and I'm wondering If this is accurate, does that mean you can't get it AT all?

Also, if a monster drops a particular piece of armor, does that mean there is a chance it can drop 2 & 3 star versions as well?

    Don't know why it says that. I've crafted three star starting at level 20.

    I figured it's up to chance so just kept going until I got what I wanted.

    Can get pricey in mats though.

    Having a high post count doesn't make you anything in the game.
    Unless you're attempting to kiss up to a GM and you KNOW what that makes you    . :D

    3 star itme scan eb crafted, it's just a matter of luck getting those. Very rare to craft.

    2 and 3 star items can only drop from boss mobs, excpet for the lvl 6 robe which is 2 star only.

    Anything below a grade 4...they give you a 0% chance of creating a 3*, I dont know if this means they are not available or if they are only available as a drop. But once you hit around level 20, your gear has a 3% chance of being crafted as s 3* item.

    Yeah that's what I was wondering, the database HAS info on 3* equipment below level 20 but I can't seem to find out where or if they even obtainable in the game.
