Can't finish bank extension quest...

I took Worries of the banker quest in City of Lost. I got all of the materials (more actually) but when I go to the banker Cheng (Etherblade) as it says in my quest log there is not this quest to finish.
I even tried to go to other bankers and I tried to trash the quest and retake it but with the same results.
Can anybody help? Thank you.

    Are you holding every required item in your bag/ inventory, not just having them in the bank safe?

    Also, when picking up the quest, did you choose the "I'll gather the mats" option instead of the "I'll get the ext stone" option?

    Assuming your game isn't bugged the only thing I can think of is you don't actually have all the items. Select the quest in the log and hit "Track" at the bottom. The small box in the middle that shows needed quest items is...well...small, and doesn't show everything without scrolling. Tracking the quest will put up a list of everything in an easy to see manner.

    If that's not the problem I would suggest submitting a GM ticket.

    I did select Gather the materials. And I have them in my inventory. And they are right materials as I did the tracking in the quest...

    Which monster is dropping the disguise skin for this quest? I have all the materials (and more like you) but just one of the skin and don't remember how I got it. Searching databases did not answer my question.
