Where ARE cash shops?

Very new, and recently realized I was doing my stats all wrong. I bought some zen, transferred it to my character on the server, but have no clue what to do next. I thought there'd just be a vendor somewhere, but I'll be damned if I can find it.

    Press "O" on your keyboard or click the button at the bottom center of the minimap.

    um... press "O" that is the letter not the number zero.... and hi foxy!
