population in servers?

I'm new to this game and I'm trying to pick a server to play in (this isn't going to be my main char btw). I've decided that I want to be in PvE but I want to know the rough estimate in population size for Heaven's Tear and Sanctuary.
Exactly by how much is Heaven's Tear more populated? Is Sanctuary close to Heaven's Tear in population, or far behind?
Also if Sanctuary is more less populated, is it going to fill up soon? What do you guys think about that?

    Nobody can actually tell you the exact amounts. Only the GM's have that info and they are not giving it out. Sanctuary is about 3 weeks younger then Heavens Tear but both of them seem to be stuck, most of the time, on high population.

    3 weeks isn't a lot, right? So does that mean that the overall populations of Sanctuary and Heaven's Tear would be around the same, with only a slightly higher number of people in HT?
