renew duration on flying mounts

I see a lot of people say you can decompose items at blacksmiths or tailors, well I can't find any option when I click on them to decompose, how do I do it?

    click decomp and drag item you want to decomp into the slot, you have to have appropriate manufacturing lvl for the item for it to work
