Pvp Venos

I dont remember reading anything about this but after dueling my veno friend alot i dont seem to be able to stand up to his bramble buff.

Anyone know of a way to kill a veno with the bramble buff or is it just tank it out and hope to kill her first?

    when they bramble hood, run.
    use roar of the pride, give yer self 6 secs. to run.
    Use cloud sprint and run around for the remaining 9 seconds.
    then kill them.
