More Quests!

I've noticed that I have a steady stream of quests to bump me up to the next level until about lvl 37, and then it sort of trickles off. In my opinion, to make the game as non-grindy as possible, quests should be able to get you to the next level. I heard it gets much better after lvl 60, so I might make a suggestion to increase the number of quests from lvl 40-60 if that is possible.
