I just got Silent Seal and tested on a mob, the discription says that it can paralyse a mob up to 6 secs but it didn't paralyse it for 0.6 secs, does the discription refer to max lvl?

Does it worth to waste SP and money on that skill?

The skill description states that the enemy can be paralysed up to 6.0 seconds at Level 1. The target can randomly break out of the seal before the full duration has expired. The same applies to Chromatic Seal.

Or crowd controll, if the lure fails (fb,TT). Btw in higher level the skill is more usefull.

Both chromatic seal (sleep) and silent seal (paralyze) are great, especially in PvP.

Consider using those two skills when you have a n00b veno or tank. If you have a bad pulling team, any extra seconds are invaluable. When the mob being pulled gets back to the party, sleep them or paralyze them. Just remember that these steal agro.

For PvP these are invaluable when kiting a barb or BM. Or sleeping people while waiting for backup or focusing fire on single targets.
