Why can I not get my WQ started?

Just hit lvl 70 today, do I have to wait until the 12:00 reset to start, or what? The guy has no quests for me (and yeah it's the right guy, talking about WQ and all)

    Do you have the fantasy token in your quest inventory?

    Now that I know I need it (and wow you would never find this w/o a guide) I have found it, thanks!

    And also, does the quest stack? I hear I can not do it two full day in a row, and then pick up both of them back to back? 0_o

    It stacks. Example: Say you pick up the quest on Day 1, but don't have time to finish it and it is now Day 2 and it resets. You can finish Day 1's WQ and Day 2's will be available after you turn it in. However, if you still have Day 1's unfinished and it resets twice to Day 3, you will lose Day 2's WQ.

    Awesome, so same way CS stacks right?

    And this means even if I can't do it, talk to the first NPC? Or do I have to talk to the first TWO NPCs to get it going?
