This may have been answered before, but i have searched and cant find what I am looking for.

I have done the charge zen, made my billing profile, transfered zen to the server but thats where I am stuck. No money shows up in the item mall.

What am i missing? I really want to buy something but am unable to and feel i have wasted my money.
