Something similar to lag

Amoo - Sanctuary

EXTREMELY often in-game, while I'm trying to fight some mobs or something else, the whole game will go to a standstill, with the exception of sending chat messages and moving. I cannot equip items, talk to NPCs, select monsters or NPCs, receive messages, perform any actions or summon pets. As you could imagine, this is very irritating for me, and sometimes it lasts for half a minute or more.

I've already tried running verify, but it's not done anything.

Any suggestions?
