Duke Rose Top On Auction: Lost my Coin

I placed a bid for 650,000 on a Duke Rose Top, and then when I saw that it was a bugged item and removed from game this morning, I tried to cancel the bid. It canceled it but did not return my 650,000 coin. Nor Do I have an item in my inventory, I spent real money to get that coin and I need help asap.
