I'm a pure dex lvl 43 archer and I'm wondering whats the best way to level your skills?

I was following this chart:

But I don't think its the best thing to follow anymore. Like for example, im not leveling wing strike or wing spreading, and I don't plan on leveling explosive thunder either. I learned the first level of wing protection as well instead of following that chart. What about skills like take aim and double shot? Should I be leveling those too?

    Maybe a more experienced Archer could answer this, but I'll build up on some core skills.

    Always keep the winged blessing and bow mastery as high as possible
    Always boost up blazing arrow when you can
    Keep Frost Arrow as high as possible (lots recommend this, so I'll put it here too)
    Winged Shell is a give or take (some like it, some don't. Helps with mana management)
    Keep Lightning Strike as high as possible
    1 level in knockback, aim low, stun arrow, wing pledge and wing span. (level these later)
    When you get your TT weapon, or something decent, get take aim to lvl 10.
    Wings of Prot is either way, only works vs physicals since magic can't miss. Good for FBs and PvPs.

    Rest is up to you imo.
