bcause i have read lot of times "Doing 20/20/20"

Its a mob quest for level 67's that allows you to obtain the remaining 2 tabs for the FB69 (you have to be level 70 for the tabs as well)

Basically you have to kill 20 of three types of mob in the dungeon (hence 20/20/20 as its 60 kills total)

There is an equivalent quest for FB79 but I dont know what level it is yet as I havent gotten there
