The thing is, if I've got bramble hood up I can be just as effective with a sawfly, if the venos are just releasing their pets and then running away, it's probably safe to assume they didn't take the time to hood up(making them a very squishy target), stun the bird and chase down that veno..... if she is hooded then you're just gonna die, chances are though that she wont have enough chi to hood up by the time you come back for round 2

My suggestion: Put out 2 items in the CS shop, a magic ring and a phys dmg ring, both 200$ to buy, both make you immune to bleed.
Or something like that, then no one can complain. Because really, if veno's didn't have their precious glitch none of them would know how to PvP anymore.

Last week I got 2-shotted by a wizard with some insane damage. My phoenix didn't even get a chance to touch him. You do not see me crawling onto the forums and complaining about how powerful the wizard class is.

I don't understand what is so bugged about the Flesh Ream skill when used with the phoenix. The skill at maximum level deals 200% of pets attack over 9 seconds, which means your level must be at least 80 to do that. Even at lvl 90, the phoenix's attack is around 5.6k with the attack buff, and over 9 seconds that isn't really any more damage than a wizard would do, especially a level 9x wizard.

I am a veno with a phoenix and its not an insane blessing in pvp. It is really amazing, but you still have to compete with your other abilities to stand a chance. It is not like you can just click target and click flesh ream and just sit back; people just like to complain now that veno's have an actual role and value in pvp now. It scares them that they can't just write us off now.

BY THE WAY why don't you spend 20 million coins or 200 gold on your armor and tell me if the phoenix even hurts you at all. If any other class spend 200 gold on their weapon they would do WAY more damage than a phoenix does.

STOP WHINING and find a new tactic to beat the veno now that you can just run up and 3-skill-shot us without any tactics.

Hmmm well in lost city the lvl 90+ people are usually at least +5 with flawless gems on all gears. Theres a character named Diety whose spent over 1 grand on his gear. +10 GX +7 gears with flawless and perfect and even he admits he gets **** by the nix. When u say we havent spent 200 dollars please even players who have spent thousands of dollars get **** by a 200 dollar pet with a bugged skill. Shinzoko has a +9 weapon +5 gear flawless gems last i seen (probably improved his gear by now) and still gets owned. I dont really care if it gets fixed or not there are so many nix's they will **** eachother since everyone got clicks. Killabee_ dont bring in money to the complaint cause even i spend more then 200 a month on this game cause i enjoy it. Im sure others spend near or way more then what i do. I cant turn blue like others who have the nice choice to and i dont plan on rerolling on a pve server. Carry dolls people thats why they are there.

Maybe they should stop letting their fancy overpriced gear do their thinking for them and try to employ a little strategy..... from what I've heard Diety was getting owned long before the Phoenix came along.

Im just talking about the arguement about money not strategy. Person said if u spent 200 u could probably hit as much as a Pheonix. I say not the case.

yea cause a perfect pot would safe me, i have nearly 6k hp, bleed ticks for bout 1600, phoenix hits me for about 700/hit on top of that you normally get debuffed/amped/stunned (if the WFs is not flying away that is) so phoenix attacks twice a 2nd and im 4 seconds stunned
do the math and in the 4 seconds im stunned i take at least 8800 damage + lucky scarab damage. Sounds like im dead with the 3rd bleedtick no matter what

im considered one of the best Priests in PvP on the server and yet there is no chance against a phoenix besides running away

To everyone:

I was misinformed and I admit I was wrong about the money argument. Sorry to make that false argument but I know when I'm wrong and I can admit it.

With everything that has been said, I have seen ignorance on both sides of the argument. Some people have said that the fact the phoenix is a flying pet gives it some type of bonus in pvp because their air-to-ground attack is not hindered like it "should be." However, this is irrelevant because that is only against mobs that the damage reduction takes place. The fact the the phoenix is a flyer means that it glitches up very easily, and I've had it get stuck in TW and pvp all the time.

Also: If the veno is 40+ meters away, just kill the pheno and then worry about the veno after. They wont be able to attack you anyways or heal their pet at that range. For fun, I duel people to see if they can kill my pets solo. An archer has no problem killing my phoenix and my herc at an equal level. They just stun it and do knock-backs on it and it dies pretty quick. If the veno is 40 meters away, they have severely diluted their attack and its your fault for being dooped into getting kited by them (no offense). Anybody over level 80 should be experienced enough to not fall for the same tricks as a mob. Thats what pvp is all about: a challenge. Now a werefox is taken more seriously, like archers. I still get nervous around archers in pvp mode and TW, because my pheno does not grant me insane pwnage unless I have other assets to complement its attack power. Some players have nothing to add to it and do just try to kite other players. That is sad.

Summary: The game is as-is regardless of whether-or-not we want to change it, although I would support a change in the structure of pvp. It is NOT a glitch, just an unforeseen advantage in the way they set up the code. Every class has its advantage. And even with my phoenix, I still get my butt kicked just as much as I kick butt. I've experienced an even playing field in pvp; its pve where I think I am overpowered being able to kill mobs over 50 levels higher than me (I can kill mobs at level 101 since I was level 45 with BOTH herc and phoenix).

Again sorry to make incorrect claims about the cost of refining and gems and pots to use while getting attacked, etc. (although I still feel like a having a bunch of healing pots would compensate for the bleed, and be fairly cost-effective, too. But I stand corrected in that area).

Totally agree everyone who owns a Phoenix should be nerfed to level 1 everytime they attempt to use it in PvP that would fix the morons

if they wont fix this bug or others i suggest you move on to another fine game i have i feel way better less negative games out there... just do a mmo search this game wont get fixed with stuff like that makes too much money when people leave it wont then it'll get fixed

I do not agree with nerfing the pet just fixing the skill to be reduced 75% in pvp like everyone else. Nerfing is unessary. Even sawfly has bleedbug just it isnt noticed as much since nix is a whole lot stronger. Eitherway they arent gonna fix it anytime soon so just try to enjoy the game or make friends with a veno with a pheonix lol.

uhm i m a low lvl and don't know a lot but i m surprised seeing the amount of GMs response to questions here that out the full 5 pages well , the GM/mod never even gave 1 reply .

There's no GM response needed, people just need to build a bridge and get over it instead of whinging on the forums. Seriously there's so many ways to survive pheonixes it's not funny. Use your heads for once instead of gears.
