when people ask whats going on instead of saying "wait for a responce from a GM" why dont u ASK THE GM FOR A RESPONCE

its been 6+ hours since we had a responce from even a mod or admin and that was nothing it just said wait for further notice

6 hours is way too long

i work in the IT field i RAN a RF online private server AND a lineage 2 private server

google me im tetsuol im the only tetsuol on all the internet

i know for a FACT when theres a massive problem like today a rollback and a fix can be easily done in a hour or so

and if the patch is the problem and its gonna take 24+ hours to fix then rollback pre patch and let people play til the patch is fixed THEN release the patch

this is all basic keep customers happy running a mmo server ethics

if i was running this id ban all mods and admins who lock threads like this and hire new ones who were friendly and did their job AKA ASK THE GM's and if the gms didnt know then id fire them and hire compitent ones
