Question about Zen and purchasing it

i have my main account, but i would like to purchase zen on another account so i am not tempted to use as i am saving it to get a herc and i was wondering when making a new account. Do i have to wait an amount of days or be a certain lv to purchase ZEN because i have heard about other games that u need to wait 7days and be minimum lv 15 to purchase any chash shop items

so if anyone knows can u let me know please :) thankyou

    you just need to auth your account the first time u buy zen, it also depends how you pay. Paypal is stupid and takes some time to clear and in general paypal is known for many bad experiences.
    If you use ult game cards its instant for exmaple.

    You can buy gold before you even made a char, just need to be registered.
