Holiday Quests etc

You know there is a huge population of under lvl 40 peope that would really
enjoy doing some of the special quests, but it seems they are only for higher level players.

Can this be looked into and addressed please?b:pleased

    lvl 40 can be reached in a week with minimal game play in most cases. also only some events have had the restriction that high, most its lvl 20 which can be achieved easy in about 10 hours play if your slow. the lvl req for the more advanced portions of events is an extra reward to the more loyal players who have put a lot of time and usually some money in.

    umm no... Sorry to disagree, but, events for special days like Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentines day should be for whole player base not just some.

    im kinda agree wit shyling... some quest special require lvl 40+ till i get there wit my **** off and then the damn event over D:

    I think your definition of minimal is very different from my definition.
