ingame coin confusion

ok i've read the "how to" countless times and i still don't get it... i went to the auctioneer deposited my coins... and then its talkin about silver.. and i click on the buy and i put all my coins in there and then where it said gold i put 1 then clicked confirm and my coins went by by and i don't see any gold in the cash shop or W/e... Can someone please tell me First off what happened to my Coins. Two Were is my 1 gold and Three WTf did i do wrong. I place this question on the beginners guide because is someone could give step by Step ways and explanations To Exactly how to do this it will not only help me, But help others.

And please if you can Be as specific as possible, act as if your teaching this to a 2 year old (figure of speech)b:surrender

    in the gold auctioneer it has an option withdraw withdraw the gold you bought and it will then appear in the cash shop menu
    id go into better detail but im not on same pc as game loaded
