how do i change to safemode?

like the title says: how do i change to safemode? so i cant be attacked by other players.

    if you're on lost city, you can't.
    on HT and Sanctuary you can change back to safe mode by pressing the pk button next to the minimap again. but once you switched to pk mode you have to stay in it for 10h.

    i am on lost city. and i saw some players with blue names, so i suggested one could change it.

    Because they're below Lv.30

    Lost City is specifically a Player versus Player server.

    You cannot refuse a fight. Well, you can, if you're into masochistic one-sided butchering. But it's basically an arena. Those who don't want to fight are simply slaughtered and brushed aside for lack of entertainment value.
