I dun think i've seen anyone else post such posts b4 so..
Is there any pets that can do better damage than the golem?
since i've a light armor build, i think i should have a pet that focuses manily on attacking and the golems seems to be doing fine but is there other land pets that can do better? (without drilling a hole in my wallet of course...)

The scorpions do well for damage for a land pet. So do the Antelope Pups. And I know someone after me will say it, so I'll beat them to it, the Sawfly is a good choice. I'm sure there must be others, but these are the ones I been experimenting with. Minus the Sawfly, as I dumped mine when I got my Pheonix.

    thx for the reply :)
the reason i want a good land pet (sawfly has been pretty nice for me) is because sometimes my sawfly can't fly over hills = = when it comes to fighting land mobs (so it can't hold aggro...), and in dungeons we can't summon flying pets for some stupid reason....
but dear oh dear, the scorpion.... lvl from lvl2 to 54.... i'll have a thought about that lol, its probably gonna take me a week or something
btw how do you stop ur pheonix from getting hungry? meat seems to be rare...

You can use the arcane pet book from the boutique so it won't get hungry, but it expires every week. Try to buy the Blessing of Christmas w/ the 1% crit rate. It won't expire and it'll keep your pet fed.

The arcane book from the cash shop is almost a must, for us super pet owners. But you still need hay to make loyalty, and I farm that from the lvl 30ish Antelope pups.

I'm too broke still to get that Chrismas Blessing thingy, lol.

Grab your badge of fate and enter the cube. Start proceeding and keep returning to the first room until you get to room 4 (Mice Bashing).

That room is full of 1-hit-kill mobs, like the snowmen. They'll give you 1 exp / 1 spirit, but like the snowmen your pet will gain full exp.

Mind numbingly boring, but if you constantly keep pet after a target while you're casting on another, it's pretty quick work.

Mice bashing is absolutely lovely. I spent almost my entire day in it once, lol. But I timed myself, and raised my Herc from like 76->77 or 77->78, and it took 10 minutes.
