I am level 40 now and I was told there are aspects in the game that open up for you at this level, can someone please tell me what those are?

    Cube of Fate.
And Crazy Stone Quest (? was it at 30 or 40?).
Also, now your gear can glow, using lv4 shards (2+ of same type on same gear), congratulations!

The biggest thing you get at lvl 40 is that you can no longer level with quests. This thing called "Grinding" opens up at 40 and gets progressively more "open" to you as you get up there in levels. Enjoy b:victory

Well, the cube of fate should now be available for you. I think the lowest level of the rebirth squad event is available at 40, but I'm not sure. The daily races may also be open to you now. Check with the Adventure Assistant any time for the cube, and during 13:20-13:40 or 21:20-21:40 (GMT-8) for the race.

What is the whole cube of fate thing? How can I do one of those, what do I need for them, and how can I get those items?

Ah a cube question, this'll take awhile.

WARNING: I CAUTION YOU NOT TO ENTER THE CUBE BEFORE LEVEL 60, YOU WILL LIKELY LOSE MORE OFTEN THAN YOU WILL WIN.

Things you need: Money, alot of it, generally 500k+ if you are unlucky (or lucky depending how you look at it). Mirage Celestones (acquired from decomping legendary and 3* equips, or trading cele stones of human, earth, and heaven, or cele fragments to gem merchants. Also can be obtained through TT runs and other players) Time and patience. Reccomend you have lots of pots and/or hp/mp charms

Alright first off getting into the cube. First you need to find any adventure assistant or Khatru pup, located in the major cities, and talk to them. Click the duty badge option, and go through the dialog and you will obtain a duty badge. After you have the duty badge in your inventory you can enter the Cube of Fate by talking to the adventure assistant or Khatru pup and choosing Cube of Fate.

Once inside the Cube, run to the center of the room where you will see a Teleport Master (looks like a pale hercules pet), and a cauldron. The cauldron is where you turn Mirages Celestones into Dice Tickets, which are used to move through the cube rooms (total of 50 rooms). Each mirage turns into 2 dice tickets. Talk to the teleport master, always choose the second option as the arena is not finished atm. After you talk to him a few times you get a die in your inventory, right-click this and away you go. After you finish teh requirements for each room you will pay 1 dice ticket to get your next die. Most rooms are fairly self explanitory, but the count the apples rooms are bugged, so just take a wild guess and pray you are right...for specific room question, ask around...
