Level and Damage gap

I have a question to ask, consering the damage increase with levels.
for example In some games the damage diffrence between a level 90 and level 80 would be so big a level 90 could beat two level 80s single handedly Is it like that In this game?

    The damage is more based on the equipment you have. Generally at level 90 a player will have better gear than a level 80. However its very possible for an 80 to beat a 90.
