I recently read somewhere that a venomancer can fight continuously using Nature's Grace, soul Transfusion, and Metabolic Boost. Could someone explain how to me, please?

You grind, letting the pet tank. Your hp stays full, your mp drops as you cast spells. After your mp is at about 50% (or lower at higher levels):
You cast Nature's Grace to raise your mp from 50% to 75%
You cast Soul Transfusion to swap your mp and hp. Your mp is now 100%, your hp is 75%.
You cast Metabolic Boost to raise your hp from 75% to 100%.
Continue grinding for 5 minutes while NG and MB recycle. No potions needed. As you get higher in level, NG and MB replenish a greater %, so you can do this at even lower mp.0 -
At my level I fight until my mp is gone, then I do this
Natures Grace refills 50% of my mp
Soul Transfusion, because I have full hp, swaps my hp and mp making my mp full and leaving me with only 50% hp.
Metabolic Boost gives me 50% hp and I have full hp, and mp with 3 skills.
You can repeat this every 5 minutes.
At lower levels the skills will refill less hp and mp so you have to do it at different times.Main characters

I suspect you saw my post on this page:

My method is like Zoe's with one small difference: Instead of waiting till my MP are gone, I wait till my mana pool drops below 50%, then use Nature's Grace if it's available, or the Soul Transfusion/Metabolic Boost combo if not. So I refill 50% of my mana pool twice as often as Zoe refills 100%. There's probably no real advantage to my method, but I somehow feel safer not letting my "fuel tank" run down to empty. b:laugh"Sorry, we don't need a barbarian. We have a frog."0 -

If you're grinding, the optimal method is to use the three skills so that both your hp and mp bars are never full. That way you're enjoying the benefit of regeneration on both bars rather than just one. I found a +3 hp regen cloak and tossed it on my materials farming veno (lvl 30). Her hp now regenerate as quickly as her mp (percentage-wise), and for the most part she's able to grind without potions even though she doesn't have Nature's Grace yet.
Replenishing at 50% means your mp will never be below 50%. If there's an emergency and you need to hit soul transfusion to escape, you'll get at least 50% hp. Replenishing at 0% OTOH means in an emergency you may not have enough mana for soul transfusion to do you any good. In terms of efficiency, the two methods are identical, allowing you to replenish 2x50% every 5 minutes.0 -
My veno is still using the xmas charm (ordinarily I wouldn't bother buying one for veno), so I always make sure to intersoul swap before my MP drops below 50%. Then simply use healing thingy.
Basically, you can do it however you want, at whatever % you want. Just find something that works for you.Everyone here is ridiculously oversensitive.0 -

You have a bit of a misconception about the concept from what i'm reading here. This method is only 100% effective IF and only IF your hp is at 100%. The whole point of using nature's grace ->soul trans -> metabolic boost is completely fill one bar. A veno that is properly grinding and utilizing her pet correctly to draw full aggro at all times, should have 100% hp all the time (if not, then pretty darn close).
YOU DO NOT REPLENISH TOO EARLY.
That just doesn't make sense. The meta and nature's skill both have a 5min. cooldown time. If you were to hit the regens prematurely you will run dry before you can cast the skills again, assuming you arent using pots and non-stop grinding (which if you are then that defeats the whole purpose of "continuous grinding")
The way to utilize this method is really dependent on your skill lvls.
@ lvl1 meta and natures give 23%, thats a total of 46% regen. So to use it , you should hit the process when your mp drops to 54%
@lvl10 meta and natures give 50%, thats a total of 100% so let your mp run dry.
When used properly, you should have 100% on both bars.
IF the numbers confuse you here is an scenario.
-HP is at 100% , MP is at 54% (cant really tell but for arguements sake, lets say you can)
-Hit metabolic boost, you MP is now at 77%
-Hit Soul Trans, your MP is now at 100%, you HP at 77%
-Hit nature's grace, your HP and MP are now at 100%
Every Five minutes, rinse and repeat.b:victoryb:bye you were all swell peoples0 -

You'd be right if Soul Transfusion also had a 5 min cooldown, but it doesn't. It's a 1 min cooldown. So you can convert hp to mana several times before the other two skills recycle. Meaning you're getting more benefit if you allow the hp bar to regen (essentially stacking with your mana regen). With my farming veno, I usually swap 2-3 times before Metabolic Boost is ready again. In fact, I'd venture that the majority of the mana I'm using comes from her hp regen, not Metabolic Boost. (More concisely, the ratio of hp converted to mp by ST is constant, determined by your max hp and mp. Doesn't matter how full your hp bar is.)
The reason I specifically mentioned grinding is that while grinding you should rarely be getting hit, if at all. So it's not vital to keep your hp at 100% all the time.0 -
My hp charm is constantly bleeding at lvl 70 spawn's.Most of the time I'm fighting i get aggrode 4 vs 1 and my pet can't AoE Roar soo doing that flippy thing sounds epic.It does sound usefull if i was lvling my pet in cube O.o since mana goes dry if u continuously attack stuff non stop.cool down 300 seconds?
With my bad type of style for grinding i NEED A HP CHARM
lets say i have 100 mp and 3.4 hp ill have like 34 hp without charm so being me Not in a same place to be doing such suicidal things b:shocked i would have to waste time by flying to a safe spot before mobs respawn and do that chippy flippy thingy.the flip thing doesn't sound like it's a kill kill kill replenish fast kill kill type thing. but yes free everything i would of never thought of that...forgot my hp low so heals fast anyways.hit and run tactics ftw0 -
i had an hp charm before so i dont let my either my mp or hp go 50% (soul transfusion will tick charm if i have less mp)
usually when my mp is around 65% i use nature's grace (mine just regenerates 32% i think)
then continue grinding, then wait until mp is around 55-60% and use soul transfusion and metabolic boost to regen mp and hp to 100%
nature's grace should again be ready to use when i hit 65% on mp[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
