How to make ride Lv11?

Pet manager can upgrade Lv8 to 9 and 9 to 10 but how to get Lv 11? (11 m/s)

    What he upgrades isn't the lvl, it's the speed. 8m/s to 9m/s for example. Lvls are gained by simply riding the mount, and every lvl (up to a max of 11) adds 0.1 m/s.

    You need to raise your ride's loyalty before it'll noticeably gain any XP.
    Everyone here is ridiculously oversensitive.
