are they down at the minute just installed the game never played before getting network error whe trying to connect to heavens tear or the other one i forgot the name sorry anyway are they down ?? for maintainence or something

    Shouldn't have been. Aren't now. Please make sure that your firewall is not blocking the elementclient.exe, including programs like PeerGuardian or Windows Firewall.
