It wont let me buy socket stones?

I bought $10 in zen = 1000 zen and transfered 100 zen to sanctuary server , it shows I have 1 gold now and I was trying to buy socket stones. It gives me a confirm message and says am i sure I want to buy the stones for 1 gold and i click yes. Nothing happens it does not purchase them.

This was my 1st zen purchase and everything seems in order so can someone fill me in? b:puzzled

    give it some time and if they dont come in try talking to a gm, personally i have never had this happen to me but thats what i would do.
