FB dynamics ?

So how does that extra xp for players help in someones Call to Duty ?
I know they get more xp when its a CTD run but how and when is the extra xp given ?

Also i want to know, if i can just run a FB myself with some people, and get all the bosses and possible drops ?
Or do i miss out on any without a CTD tab ? Or is it not worth it ?

    when the player tabs the boss.. everyone in squad gets a CTD quest.. that gives the exp and spirit and rep..

    You can still get good drops from an untabbed run.. but if you have high levels running it.. the drop rate is gonna be significantly lowered.. like a 60 going into fb29 untabbed.. not likely to get a decent drop.. 60 going into an untabbed 59.. you still have a good chance for pretty good drops.. i'm not sure if the CTD increases drop rate or not.. i've heard both ways

    To the best of my knowledge having the tablet has no effect on drop rates.
