All-chat, how to?

I couldn't find it in any of the FAQs...

I got a notice that said I can now speak in World Chat or something when I hit level 10... but I tried, and I still can't :\

How do I get the ability to speak in World Chat? It's kind of lonely talking to myself ingame.

    yeah, so you can spam every player like most of them do..njc.. you need to buy teles from the shop (don't know how much, but less than one gold) or buy them from another player for 10k a piece (don't settle for more) in the Archosaur bazaar...

    you'll get it when you get there.. lvl 20 or so.. why in such a rush.. enjoy the game..

    Oh. Alright. Well, I don't plan on rushing through the game, I like to explore :3

    So hm, when I get to that Bazaar place, I have to find someone who's selling it? Or is there someone that sells them?

    you have to find someone selling one, they are normally in the cash shop, people often have shops with WC in the title be aware they are ONE USE EACH

    Some people in their cat shops will try charging way over the odds for them so shop around, the only time I ever use one is when I'm trying to sell something expensive and I want to get as much attention to my shop as possible.

    I have regularly seen them used to carry out an argument or slanging match though!
