So i finished quest to get skill book for ApothecaryI . It says take it elder of any city to learn skill... I talked to elder but was unable to understand hw do i learn skill . I mean skill which dialog and all . I talked to dreaming elder .

    Talk to the Elder and pick "Learn Manufacturing Skill". Pick the skill you want to learn from the following menu.
