Trouble with $20 Ultimate Game Card?

Is there a problem with the Ultimate Game Cards? I'm getting a lot of e-mails from the Pay by Cash site about the transaction, but nothing about a confirmation on it going through. I've been using Ultimate Game Cards a lot lately and now I find that the $20 option is gone, which is the one I bought. Is this a problem? Am I screwed on getting my zhen?

    Just use the $10 option for now. The $20 was taken out as there were problems with extra charges (Which was NOT done by PWE).

    I tried doing as you said, but I'm not even getting a pending or anything on the transaction.. and still no zhen
