Heartache, self-pity, regret and a white title of who your spouse is above your head. :P

What do i get from getting married?

A hole in your wallet, constant reminders to do the dishes and take the trash out, and ruination of the phrase "we need to talk".

a wife(a man irl) with lots of headaches and a perfectly BAD way to wase 60$. Rather send the 60gold to me and I'll put it to good use buying mounts/flying devices/ext stones and selling the remainder for some coins.

Nagging, complaining, handbag and shoe discussions, money magically disappearing, celeb gossip noise, her way is always right, the magic disappearing on her side after 1 year, betrayal, and a variety of other "features" before the divorce, alimony and child support kick in.

    Oh wait...

    You meant in-game, huh? b:surrender

    Ooops, my bad. b:victory

Not that I'm bitter or anything. b:chuckle

you get to save up 2 mil for a divorce... then you get to lose 99% of your inventory to the wife.
    1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
    2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.
    3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.

If you wanna do it for items, then don't do it. If you wanna more exiciting gameplay with another person, and eager to bond with someone, do it. And read the hindrances from above posters^^

Go for it.. but watch out.. Your wife might surreptitiously start sending PMs to a divorce lawyer NPC.

In fact, I'm wondering how awesomely mangled the language on the marriage NPCs in PW-MY would be. I'm no linguoligist, but that would be awesome.

"But maintain that upon a time endless vow. A two-million in is change for breaking."

I imagine it would end up sounding rather like that... kind of like Yoda after he's had a stroke. All you people who have played PW-MY know what I'm talking about. It's awesome. No other game will ask you to retrieve "the cargo that being rob!".

I seem to have gone somewhat off topic.

If you and your spouse are close to the same level you should be able to get twice the exp if you squad together. My spouse is 20+ levels higher than me so it doesn't work for us. Other friends have told me that it works for them though.

Depending on the wedding gifts you receive you'll get money and one extra crazy stone quest (not daily, just one time).
