I recently reached 39 and it told me I could visit the Celestial One at Heaven's Tear.. so I did. I clicked through the dailogue thinking i'd just get the quest.. But there's nothing in my quest log.. the celestial one has nothing to say.. and i'm still not Aware of Discord.

So if anyone has any idea what to do, please inform me. I've been to General Summers and the Taoist next to him. Also just went to Elder of Archasaur.

    Die... literally. You have to die either from a mob or another player in order to get the next part of the quest. o.o

    Its true. You have to die.

    hmm i don't rmember having to die..
    although i might've just died randomly.. and not noticed

    dono.. wait for soemone else to give an answer
    before just going off and dying
    don wanna lose 3-5% exp for nothing

    It's true. If you have a charm I suggest going to a mob that will kill you faster than it can tick. (any world boss scattered around). If you're worried about xp loss, buy a GA from the ingame store or a player.

    Edit. After you die the quest appears in your quest log. Look there for next step.

    Yes, the players above are correct. You have to die to proceed with this cultivation quest.

    Yup. You do have to die. I have done such to progress the cultivation. I would recommend doing it right after you level so you don't lose much experience.

    Just get a friend to PK you? no xp loss.

    Help me out here but doesn't that stick both people into a 10 hour mode of being able to be PK'd by anyone for the next 10 hours and drop items if they die? b:shocked

    umm you only have a 1% chance to lose items... unless you are red.

    and as for being stuck in the PK mode... i really have no idea how your server works, as i am PERMANENTLY stuck in PK mode xD

    I had a charm when I got this quest so I jumped off Heaven's Tear and attacked Sword Tamer. Instant.

    It is confusing though, myself also being someone who sometimes scrolls a bit too quickly through dialogue. And in this case, even the dialogue is a bit cryptic and may confuse some. I think there should really be a quest listed in your quest list after you talk to him.

    ummm, hey, my chars name is DaggerDent. I got a long story short.
    One day i had reached 39 and wanted to do my fb. I did. Had problems with calcid and aall that tab ****. Then after that, i got that quest from the celisticial one. he siad nothing.
    on my other level 55 barb, i died to get the discord thing. on my char(asassin) he forgot to die. now,(5 levels later) im level 44. I remembered i had to die, i died, and nothing, no-thing happend. im extreamly mad, but in hope that you can help me.b:angry. yet scared that i may never get and more skillsb:shockedb:cry i hope you can help. again, please help.

    Did you die while doing your FB39 if so then you got it.This happened to me no on my cleric though?I just went down let one of ghouls poison me to death.

    how do you get in heavens tear? do you really need a fly mount? (so this means the quest costs money)

    You will get a quest at lv.30 to obtain a free flyer. This will cost a few DQ items and some flying around.
