Weakness...

Yeah I'm currently a lvl. 22 wizard and I've noticed a few things. It seems like the Wizard class has the biggest gimp out of all the other classes (low HP, low Physical DEF, etc. etc.) I was just wondering if there are ways to make your wizard a challenge against a melee based character of the same level in PvP and beat them. I read to two guides about how to allocate points and spells but it seems that if you give all you allocation to Magic you will be killed quick and might just maybe take down a few people with you. I'm not an experienced player like they are and I was just wondering if that truly is the strongest way to build your character.

    also curious is PvP better than PvE or vice versa?

    I'm not really sure... but I do know that wizards are damage dealers... so they will have very little survivability but lots of life. If you want a little more survivability, go LA. Wizards will suck pre level 60, so I wouldn't judge until you get up there a ways.

    Asking if PvP or PvE is better is just an opinion. PvE is killing monsters... PvP is killing players... so it totally depends on your personality. You are on a PvP server, so I wouldn't neglect PvP entirely, and I find it a lot of fun myself. Getting up to a high level, you should get some kind of reward, and I don't see any better way than to go on a killing spree :D Seems pointless to level up and then do nothing... you should at least use all that hard work for something :P

    Hahaha i'm with you it sounds like PvP is more fun but it just seems that if a player can PK high lvl players then the monsters in the game don't stand a chance. I just figure PvP would reign supreme since PvP seems to require swifter thought, actions, and better character stats.
