Referral Prize scam? Missing Black raptor

I just referred 10 friends - clicked on the "cash out now and receive your free black raptor" before last week server maintenance.

Its been about a week now never got the Black raptor or the free 4000 Zhen or a response from a GM - even sent a ticket twice b:cry

anyone else having this problem?

    Perfect World Entertainment aims for a turn around time within 24 hours for tickets, but can not guarantee that number, especially during busier weekends or on complicated issues. That said, if you do not get a response within a couple business days, please be sure to check your e-mail provider's spam folder, and if there's no contact there, create a G-mail account, and send in a ticket with the request that the support team contact you through that e-mail account.

    Did all ten of your referrals spend at least $20 in ZEN? If not, then you have not fulfilled the requirement to get the Black Raptor yet.

    I do not know about a scam but I know I had some difficulties and still am with the referral system. I got my 10 referrals and all 10 are at the level required and have spent $20 in the boutique. It took about a week to get my black raptor but I'm still waiting on the zen. When the referral system first got started I had 2 friends qualify and cashed in for the 500 zen. It was credited instantly but this time around it has been over a week. b:cry

    Also for those who do not know about the black raptor, you have to be level 60 or higher to hatch and it can not be spurred. k. b:bye
