Just to clarify with Dragon Orbs the star level shown on the Orb refers to the refining level not the star of a weapon?

So if you have a 3star weapon you still start with the 1 star orb to guarentee +1 then have to go up to the 2 star orb for +2?

Can anyone let me know if this is correct,

    Yes that does refer to the refining level as you have said.

    1 star dragon orb for +1
    2 star dragon orb for +2
    3 star for +3
    etc

    It has nothing at all to do with the number of stars on a weapon or armor.
