OK, out of the 10 times I have set up a shop overnight, I have been disconnected from server 9 times. Is there a time limit on how long your toon can be inactive??

Doesn't happen to me that often, maybe 1 in 10 days, the rest of the time i'm still logged in.

I've had my kitty selling literally all day long, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:55 p.m. and never been disconnected. Another faction mate does the same thing and doesn't get disconnected either -he might get aggro by a mob and die, lol, but his corpse will lay there dead the rest of the day, and not get DCed. Suck it happens to you guys. :-/

contact your ISP and change, it sucks ^_^

Unfortunately, our ISP is the only one we can get where we live so this is not an option.
Also, my husband can set up a shop in his game and hardly ever gets disconnected. This is what makes me think it's an ingame problem.

LOL b:laugh , i play this game maybe from 2-3 months, DC'ed 2 times while afk, since my comp is 24/7 on i dont have to exit the game. Where do you live that you got only 1 provider to choice from?

We live in Southern Ontario and I was mistaken, we have a choice of two ISP. Bell being one (I HATE BELL, they are a horrid company that we had nothing but problems with) and Distributel (absolutely no problems with connection what so ever!)
The interesting thing is that Distributel uses the same lines the Bell uses and can keep the connection up when Bell can't, LOL.

I dont have a problem disconnecting at all. I often leave my comp on for days at a time without playing, come back and its just as I left it lol. Prolly a problem with your internet =\

There is no autolog afk system, as far as I am aware. If your ISP is unreliable, or if the computer goes into Hibernate, Sleep, Hybrid Sleep, or some types of minimizing screensaver, however, it will disconnect the client from the server.

Maybe your line is some kind of unstable, losing packets etc.. it may be all, who knows. You know, when it comes ot computers and internet you can expect everything b:pleased

This might be the problem. I'll have to take a look into my settings

I had this "bug" too but I found a way to fix it without disconnecting a while ago.Try to keep your graphics to the LOWEST setting when you're opening up a cat shop. This usually fix my disconnecting issue. This might not work on you... just a suggestion. b:angry
