Troubles getting Zen I bought

I had purchased a load of Zen from the site here. I used Paypal, and the transaction was completed. It shows the Zen was in my account. I transferred the Zen to Heavens Tear so I could use it, and it never arrived. It's been now about 10-12 hours now, and still it hasn't arrived. I've filed a report to customer service, and still waiting on that. It's been a few hours now waiting on that as well.

Is this normal? Just wondering if I have anything to be worried about.b:sad

    Have you tried relogging in that time?

    Bah, while I was writting this post, they must have given me the Zen, because I logged back in and it was there waiting for me, lol.
