hey...anyone know which server is newest server and if i play on a pve server can i pvp with other player?

Sanctuary is the newest server. It is a PvE server. Yes you can pvp on it but only with people that flag themselves for pvp. Enjoy getting kill stolen on that server and not being able to do anything about it.

Lost City is the only PvP server and is an older server. Open PvP. Kill who you want that's lvl30+. Enough said.
