I Can't register the ZEN account..thingy..

(Sorry if this is the wrong topic or board or if somebody already asked this, I'm still a n00b to the game, I tried as much as I can and found nothing.) I tried to charge some zen today and no matter what I put it never seemed to do anything, when I put in the details and pressed submit it started loading the same page. I looked in the other zen parts of it (those buttons at the top of it) and went back to the page before and tried again but it still told me I needed to create an account (Not the PW one or ese I c
ouldn't post here but I think theres another thing that you can get four of for each account you have in case you share the account with your family.) I have an account on that ID that is over level 10 and I have tried the same ID as my paypal ID as well, is it because i don't live in the US? I just think that wouldn't matter, it may be because some security thing is keeping me out of it because it requires paying, thats all I can think of that'd go wrong.

What error are you getting?

Where in the process do you encounter the error?

Did you enter correct information when you registered or created a billing profile?

Well, there isn't really an error notice but I clicked on charge zen and I typed the details in but at the bottom of my screen it says its loading the page that it's already on, it manages but I can't register anything because it doesn't submit it as far as i'm sure.. the process is at the end of me filling the form while clicking submit really, I think I filled in the billing form right, I just don't know what "name" to type in..my real name, my paypal account, my in-game name, the username or ID I used to register my account to start with or any name?

When making ZEN purchases, the information required will be the billing information so that will be the real name attached to your funding source. Be aware that because you used false information when you registered that we will be sending you a form via email to verify your account as legitimate.
