noob TW question

LhRag - Sanctuary

How come the following cities are never occupied by any faction?
-Thousand Stream
-City of Lost
-Etherblade
-City of Plume
-Archosaur

The are the starting cities and the main city for the game.
Guess they are neutral.

IShoOtCatZ - Lost City

They are the hardest to gain control of. The starting cities are the second hardest while Archosaur and 1k Streams are the hardest.

Rundora - Lost City_1243871147

In Lost City and (I think) Heaven's Tear, City of the Plume, Etherblade and City of the Lost have been captured.

So far, no guild is strong (or daring) enough to go for Archosaur or 1k but assuming they've been implemented in this version, it'll happen.

Adroit - Lost City

What makes them so hard? I've never been to a TW, but if nobody is there... what are you fighting?
