ZEN not given - Please help

Hi,

I purchased 2000 ZEN and 1000 ZEN in two separate transactions. transaction details are: 'completed' for the first transaction and 'Suspended' for the second transaction.

I have received payment confirmation from paypal for both the transaction but still my ZEN balance is zero (0) and cannot be transfered to my account.

Please help me,

Hi again,

update RE problem:

second transaction has been carried out successfully and I have the 1000 zen, the only problem now is that the first transaction (the one for 2000 ZEN) hasn't yet given any zen.

Please contact support ticketing for issues regarding account balances or Zen issues.

I have already used the ticketing system, it has been 10 Hrs now and still no response.

Please double check your wallet. We show on our side that you have 3000 ZEN waiting for transfer there. Both of your purchases have been cleared.
