Dual Blades BM PvP build

I'm a lvl 45 Dual Blade Bm. What I would like know is, if there is a difference between the Dual Blades PvP and PvE build.

If there is, can some1 plz be kind enough to tell me how I should distribute my Attribute Points for the PvP build.

    OK base build is what you weapon requirement is. Using this you will have points left over. Pve build would take etra points in vit. ANd most PVP builds would put these extra points in dex. Although you can hybrid and put you left overs where YOU want str = more damage; vit = more hp dex = more evade/hit/crit. Hope that helps
