Missing Zen

Last night during Maintence I purchased Zen, transfered it to my server and it still hasn't arrived there.. I sent a ticket about 12 hours ago, no reply.. anyone have any other ideas?

    I finally recieved a reply, was told to try relogging :( unfortunately that still isn't working :(
